You will find a great deal of information available to you here including access to property information, exemption forms, property tax related RCW’s, our SCOPI mapping tool, etc. I encourage you to explore the tabs and buttons on the top and bottom of this page. The 2024 Property Tax Information press release has been issued showing average tax and typical levy rate changes for Residential properties including a breakout by city. The levy rates and taxes are calculated using the January 1st, 2023 values and the budget amounts levied by the taxing districts for 2024 tax. We are seeing a small average tax change increase for Snohomish County of 0.6% overall but it will vary depending on which taxing districts your property lies in and what measures voters passed. The new assessed values reflect the market value of each property as of January 1st, 2023 per state law requirements.
